Extinguisher shells, suppression agent cylinders and other pressure cylinders require periodic hydrostatic testing. We coordinate testing through qualified, authorized facilities and manage pickup, tracking and return.
What this service involves
Pressurized cylinders — including many fire extinguishers and suppression system agent cylinders — must be requalified through hydrostatic testing at intervals set by federal DOT rules and applicable NFPA standards.
YearRound manages this process for you. Where testing is performed by an outside DOT-authorized facility, we coordinate pickup, testing, tracking and return so you deal with one company and receive one set of records.

How do I know when a cylinder is due?
